Savers, a thrift store retailer, has focused on positively impacting the environment, communities, and local nonprofits for nearly 70 years. Savers partnered with Milepost to develop their first ever ESG report to share with their investors, employees, and customers. 

We began by helping them identify key topic areas and metrics, and then drafted a narrative using their brand voice. The final report was formatted to be viewed electronically, with hyperlinked menus that enabled readers to jump to areas of interest. On top of visualizing data points with illustrations and icons (one of our favorite things to do), we utilized photos of products as background textures as well as unique shapes and patterns to add depth and visual interest throughout the report.
