Kelly Grant

CONSULTANT

Kelly Grant joined the team after serving in the non-profit and education sectors; K-12 as well as higher education. Her work in communication, marketing, and sales has focused on sharing stories, sharing knowledge, and making complex topics digestible. An eternal optimist, she believes that building connections with others helps us all make the world a healthier, accessible, and more welcoming place for everyone.

Originally a Michigander, Kelly earned her dual-B.A. in Communication and Psychology from Aquinas College, her M.A. in Communication from the University of Connecticut, and now resides in Greenville, SC, since “unlike Michigan’s negative temperatures, the annual low of 30 won’t freeze your nose hairs.”

When not at Milepost, Kelly runs a Greenville-based gaming organization that hosts community tabletop gaming events for women, LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities, and other unprioritized populations.

Little-known fact

I went eight days without power the week before I started my role at Milepost — a company that works with power. The irony was not lost on me.
