As a Project Manager working across the Creative and Innovation teams, Lindsay D'Alessandro excels at tackling complex challenges, refining processes, and leveraging both strategy and creativity to develop impactful solutions.
Before joining Milepost, Lindsay worked for a humanitarian development organization, where she managed the production of creative assets for fundraising appeals and policy initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Otago and a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
Originally from New Jersey, Lindsay relocated to Salt Lake City in 2020, drawn to the mountains and desert landscape. She has a passion for travel and spent three years living abroad in New Zealand, Australia, and Myanmar.
